YOGA CLASSES

Social Distanced Yoga Classes Fall 2020

Session starts Tuesday Sept. 29th until Tues. Oct. 27th from 7-8 pm at Church of St.Jude’s-1537 Adelaide St. North- London ON.

Cost is $62.50 for classes payable by cash, credit, emt. Please pre-register and pay by Sept. 24th to guarantee your spot as limited capacity. anna@vital-fitness.ca for emt payments or to register.

COVID 19 PROTOCOLS-

Required to wear a mask anytime except on your yoga mat, your option is to remove mask during class.

Hand sanitizer or hand washing prior in the washroom required to enter room.

No props, mats, blocks, straps or other fitness equipment will be utilized unless it is your own. The spots for mats will be marked with a distance of 6ft. apart.

Please bring your own water bottle for use.

No heavy pranayama (breathing exercises) will be done- just gentle breathing.

No congregating before or after class, please keep physical distanced and if you need to chat please do so outside the building in the parking lot, etc.

A liability waiver and consent form will be issued upon registering. Please fill out prior to class. I would ask that you not attend class if you have any of the following symptoms. Please self monitor if you are experiencing any of the below symptoms.

Does the person have any of the following symptoms?
• Fever
• New onset of cough
• Worsening chronic cough
• Shortness of breath
• Difficulty breathing
• Sore throat
• Difficulty swallowing
• Decrease of loss of sense of taste or smell
• Chills
• Headaches
• Unexplained fatigue/malaise/muscle aches (myalgias)
• Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain
• Pink eye (conjunctivitis)
• Runny nose or nasal congestion without other known cause

With the unknown circumstances regarding this pandemic issues are always changing and if for some reason we go to stage two again classes obviously will be halted and continued when safe.

I feel that we can safely accomplish and resume our classes at this time if all systems in place. I feel that the benefit of yoga will ultimately help our immune function, physical bodies and mental heath to accept these changes.
